Domaine Simon Bize et Fils is a historic family estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, founded in the late 19th century and now guided by Chisa Bize with a deep respect for terroir and traditional methods. The domaine farms organically and biodynamically and is known for wines that combine purity, finesse and vivacity. Les Perrières comes from 1.5 ha of older hillside Chardonnay vines planted in the late 1960s on stony soils that give structure and mineral tension.

Bright citrus and white peach are threaded with fine mineral lift. The palate feels precise and focused, with crisp acidity and a long, clean finish.

Perfect with oysters, roast chicken or creamy sauces.
