To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ depending on your device and settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to those displayed online.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available.
Product vintages and availability may vary. Where a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Vino Better Organic supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Under Australian law, alcohol can only be sold and supplied to persons aged 18 years or older.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vino Better Organic reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and receive payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been processed.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photographic evidence so we can assist.
You represent that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices may not include taxes, shipping or handling unless stated.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.
Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Alcohol Delivery Conditions
Alcohol will only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or over.
A valid form of photo identification may be required upon delivery.
Orders must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
If no person aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery, the order may be returned and additional delivery fees may apply.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout for an additional $3.95, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Shipping Protection includes:
- Lost parcels confirmed by the carrier
- Items damaged in transit
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
If an issue occurs, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any supporting information or photos where applicable.
Approved claims may be resolved with:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund, at our discretion
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods
- Packages redirected or collected after delivery
- Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product itself
Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny claims suspected to be fraudulent or abusive.
Orders without Shipping Protection are shipped at the customer’s risk once dispatched.
REFUSAL OF SALE
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or delivery of alcohol where required by law, including where age cannot be verified or where a person appears to be intoxicated.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is owned by Vino Better Organic and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not control. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

Vino Better Organic is powered by Shopify, however all purchases are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions or issues arising from purchases.

By joining the Vino Better Organic wine club ("Vino Club"), you agree to the following:
Billing & Charges
Your subscription will be billed on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method.
Order Fulfilment
Each delivery includes a curated selection of wines. Selections may vary based on availability.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. If payment has already been processed, that order will proceed and cannot be cancelled.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry. Continued failure may result in cancellation.
Changes
We may update pricing or inclusions at any time, with notice where required.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
