Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if your wine arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@vinobetterorganic.com.au with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damage (including packaging)

We’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Orders

If you’ve received the wrong item, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent out.

Change of Mind

We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived or you’re experiencing any delivery issues, please get in touch and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
