Sauvignon Blanc 25 Glyphosate Free

Stoke Wines is the label of Nick and Bec Dugmore, who swapped a surf road trip for a life on Kangaroo Island in 2008 and never left. What began as a hunch about the island’s untapped potential with cool, maritime and naturally dry-grown - became Stoke in 2017. The pair farm organically without formal certification, testing every wine for glyphosate, and keep their wines light and food-friendly.

Grown on a dry-farmed site at False Cape on the island’s eastern tip, 90% is cold-fermented in tank to lock in freshness, with the remaining 10% barrel-fermented in old French oak for texture and stirred weekly over two months.

Pour with fresh oysters, a seafood platter or a simple green salad.
