SAEP Chardonnay 2023

White peach. Citrus. Flint. Textural.

Saep is Dave Gartelmann’s small-batch project, made from organically farmed Adelaide Hills vineyards he manages and converts with care. Based out of Brackenwood in Hope Forest, all wines are wild fermented with nothing added except a small sulphur addition before bottling.

Bright citrus and white peach lead with subtle flint and gentle lees texture. The palate balances freshness and weight, finishing clean and mineral.

Excellent with roast chicken, grilled fish or creamy pasta.
