Rimauresq is one of Provence’s historic estates, classified 1er Cru Classé since 1955 and owned by the Roux family. The vineyards sit on limestone hills influenced by cooling sea breezes and have been certified organic since 2020, reinforcing the estate’s long-standing commitment to site and sustainability.

Fresh strawberry and white peach are lifted by wild Provençal herbs and a subtle saline edge. The palate is dry and finely textured, with chalky tension and bright acidity driving a clean, mineral finish.

Perfect with salade niçoise, grilled prawns or long lunches on a sunny terrace.
