Sierra Reed is an American-born, self-taught winemaker based on Victoria’s Surf Coast, with vintages across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and California behind her. Knife Edge Shiraz comes from Hadyn and Lucy Black’s vineyard in Great Western, a site Sierra returns to for its distinctly Grampians expression and cool-climate shape.

This is a versatile Shiraz. Can be thoroughly enjoyed by itself or be drunk heartily with dinner. Being cool climate, you can expect this wine to show savoury, dried herbs, and a bit of restraint.

Perfect with peppery lamb chops, grilled eggplant, venison sausages or hard cheese.
