Orbis is an estate-grown McLaren Vale vineyard and winery focused on regenerative farming, organic practices and Mediterranean varieties suited to the region’s warm, dry climate. The vineyard sits high above Gulf St Vincent, with Albariño among the varieties planted for freshness, resilience and suitability to the site.

Textural and waxy, with unripe pineapple. Light and racy on the palate, it stays focused and fresh, with a clean finish.

Perfect with grilled octopus, paella, prawns and tapas.
