Mas de Libian is a family estate in the southern Rhône, now led by sisters Hélène and Catherine Thibon. Farmed biodynamically along the Rhône River, their vineyards sit on galets roulés and sandy soils, bringing warmth and lift to Grenache-dominant blends. “Bout d’Zan” takes its name from a traditional liquorice sweet, nodding to the wine’s dark, spicy character.

Ripe blackberry and plum meet wild thyme, cracked pepper and a hint of liquorice. The palate is supple and generous with fine tannins and a savoury, sun-warmed finish.

Great with grilled lamb, ratatouille or any cosy occasion.
