Maison Soleil Syrah 2025

Maison Soleil began as an outlet for surplus Das Juice fruit and has evolved into a focused range of single-varietal wines from organic South Australian vineyards. Made under the supervision of Dave Gartelmann, the approach is minimal intervention with natural settling, no fining or filtration and minimal sulphur. This Syrah comes from 20-year-old certified organic vines in McLaren Vale’s Aramis vineyard.

Dark berry fruit and plum are laced with black olive and cracked pepper. Supple and medium-bodied with bright acidity and gentle grip.

Perfect with grilled lamb, smoky barbecue or long outdoor dinners.
