Maison Soleil partners with organic growers across South Australia, crafting clean varietal wines with minimal handling. This Pinot Grigio comes from an organically managed Fleurieu Peninsula vineyard planted on alluvial loam and gravel soils. Cool fermented, aged on fine lees in tank and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Fresh Nashi pear and citrus lead with a subtle fennel note. Bright acidity and a clean, dry finish keep it refreshing and precise.
