Maison Soleil Chardonnay 2025

White peach. Lemon curd. Flint. Mineral.

Sourced from the organically managed Magpie Springs vineyard at 340m altitude, this Chardonnay reflects silty clay loam soils scattered with ironstone and quartz. Fermented wild in tank, full malolactic, then aged in seasoned French oak on fine lees. As always, minimal intervention and no fining or filtration.

White peach and lemon curd sit alongside wet stone and subtle struck flint. Textural yet precise with freshness driving the finish.

Excellent with seafood, roast chicken or creamy pasta.
