Maison A&S is the micro-project of Alexandre Aires and Pierre-Alexandre Soltana, launched in 2018 after years working at Comtes Lafon and Domaine de Bellene. Fruit is sourced from trusted organic growers, with natural fermentations, minimal sulphur and no filtration. This Chardonnay comes from 1970 plantings on limestone between Nolay and Saint-Aubin, fermented and aged in 228L barrels.

Bright lemon and pear glide over subtle almond and fine mineral tension. Fresh yet textural, with quiet depth and length.

Perfect with roast chicken, creamy seafood or long lunches.
