Mada is the label of Kiwi-born winemaker Hamish Young, who released his first wines in 2016 after about a decade at Eden Road. He works with selected growers across the Canberra, Hilltops and Tumbarumba regions to make wines that reflect their sites.

Really refreshing and super crisp, light and airy, with a good citrus bite. Green pear runs through the middle and the finish is salty. Easy drinking.

Perfect with salty snacks, oysters, prosciutto, or simply a sunny afternoon.
