Colbinabbin Nebbiolo/Refosco 2025

Red cherry. Earth. Savoury spice. Juicy.

Little Reddie is the personal project of Heathcote-based winemaker Adam Wallis, working with fruit from old, dry-grown vineyards on Cambrian red loam soils around Colbinabbin. Built on a philosophy of minimal intervention, each parcel is handled gently in the cellar, often with whole-bunch ferments and wild yeasts to let site and vintage shine.

Fresh red cherry and raspberry lead with earthy spice and a hint of olive leaf. The palate is bright and textural with juicy acidity and a savoury finish that lingers.

Great with wood-fired pizza, slow-roasted lamb or a backyard gatherings with friends.
