AOC Côtes du Jura Rouge "Tôt Ou Tard" 2023

Les Bottes Rouge’s “Tôt Ou Tard” is an expression of Jura’s native Poulsard, grown on cool limestone and marl soils around Arbois and made with a gentle, low-intervention approach. The name (meaning “Sooner or Later”) reflects the variety’s early budburst and late ripening rhythm in the Jura climate.

Bright red berry fruit and cranberry lift from the glass with soft earthy spice and a hint of fresh herbs. The palate is light and juicy with fine acidity and gentle tannins, refreshing and easy-going.

Pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled mushrooms or simple sausages. Also great slightly chilled at picnics or casual gatherings.
