AOC Arbois Blanc "Léon" Chardonnay 2022

Les Bottes Rouge is a small, family-run estate in the Jura, where Pascal and Laurence Decloux farm sustainably on limestone and marl soils around Arbois. Their “Léon” Chardonnay comes from older vines and is made with minimal intervention to let fruit and place speak.

Yellow apple and citrus zest are layered with gentle honeyed richness and fine mineral tension. The palate is textured yet bright, with vibrant acidity and a savoury finish.

Excellent with roasted chicken, creamy pasta or salty fried snacks. Also brilliant alongside lazy Sunday lunches with friends.
