Laherte Frères is a pioneering Champagne house founded in 1880 and today run by brothers Vincent and Sébastien Laherte. Based in Chavot-Courcourt, the estate champions biodynamic and organic viticulture across plots in the Côtes des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne, with a focus on purity, energy and terroir expression.

This Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged on lees with no dosage. Layers of lemon zest, white flowers and fine chalky minerality lead into a bone-dry, tensile palate with crisp acidity and elegant length.

Beautiful with oysters, sashimi or triple-cream brie. Even better popped at golden hour.
