The Kleinknecht family have been crafting wines in Alsace since 1630, and today Laurence Kleinknecht continues the legacy from their village of Itterswiller. Their Grand Cru Zotzenberg site sits high on limestone and sandstone soils with long sun exposure, giving rich yet precise expressions of Alsace’s noble varieties. The Pinot Gris is made with careful, traditional élevage to let texture and varietal character shine.

Ripe pear and gentle honeyed notes are framed by toast and baking spice. The palate is rich and layered with weight and tension, fine acidity keeping it balanced and long.

Perfect with roast pork, mushroom dishes or aged cheeses. Also ideal for contemplative dinners or cellar-worthy sipping.
