Inkwell is Dudley Brown and Irina Santiago-Brown’s McLaren Vale estate, with regenerative farming and vineyard health at the centre of the project. Road to Joy blends 85% Shiraz with 15% Primitivo, wild fermented and matured for 16 months in oak, from vines rooted in thin loam over Pirramimma Sandstone.

Brambly, with darker fruit. A medium to full-bodied Shiraz Primitivo blend, with savoury weight and a firm finish.

Perfect with barbecued ribs, lamb shoulder, spiced sausages and aged cheddar.
