Dudley Brown founded Inkwell in McLaren Vale in 2003, later joined by winemaker and viticulturist Irina Santiago-Brown. Their estate vineyard is the only Regenerative Organic Certified in Australia, with soil health and biodiversity central to the farming. Blonde on Blonde is Viognier, wild fermented and raised largely in neutral oak, with a small portion fermented on skins for added texture.

No skin contact, yet distinctly waxy and textural. The palate has Viognier’s breadth without excess weight, finishing dry and defined rather than oily.

Perfect with roast chicken with spices, Moroccan lamb tagine and soft cheeses.
