I. AM. 2024 Mclaren Vale Grenache

I. AM. is Stoke Wines’ McLaren Vale project, where Nick and Bec Dugmore back growers committed to soil health and regenerative farming over big-name fruit. This Grenache comes from 70-year-old, dry-grown vines on the Culley Road Vineyard, certified organic and biodynamic for eight years.

Partial carbonic fermentation and gentle whole-berry handling give it a lifted, juicy character, with an extended three-week maceration and 12 months in aged French oak adding depth. Red cherry, wild strawberry and warm spice, medium-bodied with soft, approachable tannins.

Great with a charcuterie board, wood-fired pizza or a lazy Sunday lunch.
