Hilberg-Pasquero is a small, family-run estate in Priocca on the southeastern edge of Piedmont’s Roero, founded by Annette Hilberg and Michele Pasquero. They farm organically and biodynamically under a philosophy they call BioErgoDinamica, combining respect for nature with a hands-off approach in both vineyard and cellar. The result is wines with clear site expression and classic Piedmont character.

Aromas of red cherry and wild strawberry are framed by subtle rose petal and spice, leading into a structured palate with firm tannins, bright acidity and savoury earthiness typical of Nebbiolo from this limestone-rich terroir.

Great with mushroom risotto, braised meats or aged cheeses. Also perfect with long lunch gatherings.
