Heroes Sauvignon Blanc 2025

James Thomas makes Heroes from a mature, dry-grown vineyard in the Otway Hinterland, which he and his wife Eloise have farmed organically since taking it on in 2016. The site is zero-till and unirrigated; in the winery, fermentations are indigenous, additions are limited to sulphur, and the wines are never acidified

More fumé blanc than tropical: with texture and lifted fruit that is restrained and lightly perfumed. Light and crisp.

Perfect with goat's cheese salad, asparagus, grilled fish with fresh herbs.
