Strawberry. Watermelon. Citrus. Dry.

Havilah is the experimental label of Tasmanian winemaker Ricky Evans, also known for Two Tonne Tasmania. Created as a playground for new ideas, the range explores lo-fi styles and alternate expressions of cool-climate fruit from around the Tamar Valley.

Fresh strawberry and watermelon lead with a squeeze of citrus and delicate savoury notes. The palate is light, crisp and bone dry with bright acidity and a clean finish.

Perfect with prawns, grilled vegetables or simple summer salads. Also ideal for long lunches in the sun.
