GUM 'GAZ' Gamay 2026

GUM is George McCullough’s Central Victorian project, shaped by his background as a sommelier and a strong interest in vineyard, place and farming. The Gamay comes from Leanganook on Mount Alexander, where granite is a defining part of the landscape. George works with minimal intervention, aiming for savoury, food-minded wines that keep the vineyard in clear view.

Super juicy, grown on very rocky, weathered granite and coarse sand. A pretty nose with subtle complexity, floral notes and fine-grained tannins.

Perfect with a charcuterie, roast chicken, sausages and soft cheeses.
