Good Intentions Wine Co in Mount Gambier/Berrin, where they released their first vintage in 2014. Their estate vineyards are farmed organically on volcanic ash and limestone soils near the Blue Lake/Warwar crater. Chardonnay is central to the range, made with a low-intervention, old-world approach in the winery.

Spectacular and silken, with just 10% new oak. A textural Chardonnay from the volcanic soils of Mount Gambier. Textural, with enough freshness to keep the finish defined.

Perfect with butter-poached seafood, roast pork belly, brie and truffle dishes.
