'Relatively Red’ Shiraz 2024

Dark cherry. Pepper. Earth. Juicy.

Good Intentions is the Mount Gambier project of Andrew Burchell and his partner Louise. The wines come from vineyards around the Limestone Coast, shaped by Mount Gambier’s ancient volcanic landscape and limestone soils. Made in small batches with wild ferments and minimal additions, the approach is loose, experimental and focused on drinkability.

Juicy dark cherry and plum lead with black pepper and gentle savoury spice. The palate is soft, lively and energetic with supple tannins and bright freshness.

Great with barbecue, grilled vegetables or pizza nights. Also perfect slightly chilled with friends.
