Andrew Burchell and Louise Adams have made Good Intentions wines in Mount Gambier since 2014, working with the region’s distinctive volcanic soils and a low-intervention cellar approach. Volcanic Lakes is their medium-bodied red blend, designed around freshness, savoury fruit and the cooler feel of this southern limestone-coast region.
