Foradori is a family estate in Trentino led by Elisabetta Foradori, the queen of the North when it comes to biodynamic farming since conversion in 2009. The Fontanasanta vineyards sit on dolomitic limestone, worked by hand with deep care for soil health and minimal intervention in the cellar.

Pear, alpine herbs and citrus peel unfold over a subtle almond note, with layered texture and a savoury mineral line. Fresh yet structured and persistent.
