Els Vinyerons Vins Naturals is the Penedès project of Amós Bañeres and Alex Ruiz, focused on expressing local varieties through natural farming and minimal-intervention winemaking. ‘Pregadéu’ is a sparkling wine made from 100% Xarel·lo, fermented with native yeasts and finished in bottle using the ancestral method. No sulphur is added at any stage, allowing the grape and place to speak clearly.

Fresh orchard fruit, citrus and floral notes glide across a lively palate with fine bubbles and a mineral, saline edge.
