This youthful Shiraz is another playful expression from Jo Perry, made from organically farmed fruit in Osmington. Fermented with whole bunches and wild yeast, it’s bottled without fining or filtration and only minimal sulphur added, capturing the vibrant fruit and savoury spice of Margaret River in a lighter, drink-now style.

Juicy dark fruit and spice flow through a medium-light palate with lively acidity and soft tannins.

Perfect with charcuterie, pizza or a slight chill.
