Dormilona is the Margaret River project of Jo Perry, who champions organically farmed vineyards and a hands-off approach in the cellar. ‘Clayface’ Chardonnay is fermented and matured in clay amphora, a choice that builds texture and savoury complexity while keeping the fruit pure and energetic. The result is a layered but precise expression of Margaret River Chardonnay.

Citrus, stone fruit and subtle nuttiness carry through a textured palate with vibrant acidity and mineral lift.

Perfect with seafood, roast chicken or creamy pasta.
