From Jo Perry’s organically farmed sites in Margaret River, this Cabernet leans away from heaviness and into purity and structure. Fermented with wild yeast and handled gently in the cellar, it’s a more relaxed take on the variety - medium-bodied, savoury and driven by fruit clarity rather than oak weight.

Dark berries and leafy spice flow through a finely structured palate with fresh acidity and supple tannins.

Perfect with lamb, grilled vegetables or simple roast dishes.
