Jo Perry, the force behind Dormilona, works with organically farmed fruit from her Yungarra vineyard, crafting wines that lean into freshness, texture and drinkability. ‘AKA’ is a chilled red built around Tempranillo with Shiraz and Cabernet in support, fermented naturally and bottled without fining or filtration. It’s made to be vibrant, easy and a little bit addictive.

Juicy red fruits and citrus peel carry through a light, energetic palate with soft tannins and a savoury edge.

Perfect with a slight chill, charcuterie or anything off the grill.
