AOC Crémant du Jura Blanc Brut NV

Green apple. Lemon zest. White flowers. Brioche.

Founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet, Domaine Rolet remains one of Jura’s benchmark estates, with vineyards spread across Arbois and Côtes-du-Jura. This Crémant is made using the traditional method from hand-harvested Chardonnay, Savagnin and Pinot Noir, with the second fermentation in bottle and around 12 months ageing on lees to build texture and complexity.

Citrus and orchard fruit glide through a fine bead with floral lift and subtle brioche richness. Fresh, dry and gently creamy with a clean mineral finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside oysters and seafood.
