Margaret River specialist Bruce Dukes crafts the Discovery SBS to capture the region’s vibrant Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon character. Sauvignon provides lifted aromatics while Semillon contributes texture and citrus depth. A small portion of the blend is barrel-fermented and aged on lees to build complexity without losing freshness.

Bright citrus and tropical hints flow through a lively palate with crisp acidity and subtle creamy texture.

Perfect with seafood, salads or warm afternoons.
