Domaine Mittnacht Frères has been based in Hunawihr since 1963 and is now run by Marc Mittnacht, his wife Paule and their son Pierre. The family farms 11 hectares across Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé, certified organic and biodynamic since 1999. This dry blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois is one of the estate’s classic Alsace whites.

Stony, crisp and light: a classic aperitif wine, from Alsace Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. Light-bodied and crisp, with a clean line of acidity through the finish.

Perfect with tarte flambée, quiche, charcuterie and light cheese plates.
