AOC Blanquette de Limoux Brut NV

Green apple. Apricot. Acacia flower. Brioche.

Domaine J. Laurens was founded in the 1980s and is now owned by Jacques Calvel, with winemaker Henri Albrus leading production. The estate works around 30 ha of vineyards in Limoux southwest of Carcassonne, crafting traditional-method sparkling wines from Mauzac-dominant blends that highlight the region’s cool winds and historic sparkling wine heritage.

Green apple and stone fruit carry through a fine bead with floral lift and gentle brioche notes. Fresh, crisp and lightly creamy on the finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
