Domaine Gueguen is run by Céline and Frédéric Gueguen, who established their own estate in 2013 after years working in Chablis. Based in Préhy, they farm parcels across key village sites on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, bringing that classic saline, mineral edge. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity, this is a clean, precise expression of modern Chablis with a nod to tradition.

Citrus, stone fruit and subtle florals carry through a bright, linear palate with crisp acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Perfect with oysters, shellfish or goat’s cheese.
