Domaine de Thalie was founded in 2009 by Peter Gierszewski, a former wine merchant who planted his small estate in Bray in the hills of the Mâconnais. The vineyards sit at 300–450 m on limestone-clay soils and are farmed organically (certified since 2012) with biodynamic practices, native yeast fermentations and minimal cellar additions.

‘Les Cosmics’ blends equal parts Aligoté and Chardonnay, pressed directly and raised in tank and old barrels to preserve freshness and mineral tension.

Citrus, orchard fruit and subtle salinity carry through a textured, lively palate.

Perfect with oysters, roast chicken or creamy seafood.
