Domaine Castéra is a family estate in Monein, in the foothills of Jurançon facing the Pyrenees. Franck Lihour farms organically, working with the region’s native grapes and fermenting with indigenous yeasts. The dry Jurançon brings together Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Petit Courbu and Camaralet from the estate’s varied hillside soils.

Salty and briny, with texture and chamomile-tinged stone fruit. Moreish salinity is the hallmark of these wines. Imagine a slightly richer verison of Jura whites but still with mouthwatering acidity.

Perfect with seafood, foie gras, sheep's cheese and spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes.
