Delinquente winemaker Con-Greg Grigoriou works with the Proud family vineyard in Loxton North, one of the only Australian plantings of Bianco d’Alessano. Wild fermented in stainless steel and bottled before fermentation finishes, the wine completes its ferment in bottle, creating its natural pét-nat sparkle.

Golden apple, tart pear and citrus drive a bright, salty palate with refreshing spritz and lively acidity.
