Das Juice is the lo-fi project of James Audas and Tom Sheer, founders of Lo-Fi Wines, sourcing fruit from organically farmed vineyards around McLaren Vale. Made with a light touch and plenty of whole bunch and carbonic fermentation, the aim is vibrant, drink-now reds rather than heavy structure.

Currant, cherry and cassis drive a juicy palate with leafy herbal lift and featherweight tannin. Bright, energetic and ideal with a slight chill.

Perfect with pizza, barbecue or anything casual.
