Das Juice is the lo-fi Australian project of James Audas and Tom Sheer, sourcing fruit from organic and biodynamic vineyards across South Australia and making wines with a hands-off philosophy. This pét-nat blends Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Tempranillo, fermented naturally and bottled mid-ferment to capture its gentle fizz and bright energy.

Crunchy red apple, sour cherry and citrus lift ride a lightly textured, savoury palate with refreshing acidity and a lively sparkle.

Perfect with snacks, sunshine or anything salty.
