Cros des Calades is the Rhône project of Florence and Benoît Chazallon of Château de la Selve, sourcing organically farmed fruit from five neighbouring vineyards near Grospierres and vinifying with minimal intervention to preserve purity and site energy. This Vin de France red blend of Grenache and Syrah (with some Cabernet Sauvignon in bottle) is fermented on natural yeasts, given gentle maceration and raised in stainless steel.

Bright red fruits and cracked pepper thread through a juicy, textured palate with soft tannins and fresh acidity.

Perfect with charcuterie, tomato-based ragu or wood-fired pizza.
