Cros des Calades is the Rhône project of Florence and Benoît Chazallon, created from grapes sourced from five neighbouring organically farmed vineyards around Grospierres — a blend of clay-limestone soils and Mediterranean climate gives rich aromatics and purity. The rosé is direct-pressed and fermented with natural yeasts, then aged in stainless steel with minimal intervention.

Fresh strawberries, stone fruit and spice fill a balanced, vibrant palate with a dry finish and lively acidity.

Perfect with charcuterie, salads or warm afternoons.
