High Density Pinot Noir 2024

Cobaw Ridge was established in 1985 by Alan and Nelly Cooper, early pioneers of cool-climate viticulture in the Macedon Ranges. They were among the first in the region to convert their estate to certified organic (2009) and biodynamic (2011) farming, focused on low-impact vineyard work and expressive, terroir-driven wines.

‘High Density’ comes from tightly planted vines on granitic soils, delivering refined cherry and raspberry with fine tannins and crisp acidity. Medium-bodied and delicate yet structured, it’s a pure expression of cool-climate Pinot.

Perfect with duck, mushroom dishes or moment to truly savour.
