Co-op Pinot Noir 2025

Sale price$40.99

Pretty. Fresh cumin. Playful.

Co-Op is a collaboration between Doug Lilburne of Mise en Place and Alessandro Stefani, created around a shared commitment to organic and regenerative farming in the Yarra Valley. Their first Pinot Noir comes from organically grown fruit at the Stefani family vineyard in Healesville, with the project designed to put farming, shared knowledge and vineyard health first.

Very pretty on the nose, with fresh cumin. Lighter and playful on the palate. Light on its feet and easy to keep coming back to.

Perfect with duck, roast pumpkin, mushroom dishes and cumin-spiced lamb.
