AOP Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay 2022

Lemon skin. Green apple. Almond. White blossom.

Founded in 2009 by brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis, Chapuis et Chapuis works across the Côte de Beaune with a focus on organic farming (certified) and minimal-intervention winemaking. Their Bouzeron comes from hand-harvested Aligoté grown on clay-limestone soils, fermented with native yeasts to preserve freshness and site expression.

Lemon zest, green apple and white blossom lead into a bright, mineral palate with crisp acidity and subtle texture. Taut, energetic and quietly complex.

Perfect with oysters, goat’s cheese or simple seafood.
